Soon after starting meditation practice, I had a spontaneous recollection of having practised in the past.
I felt it in my body and in my heart and I just knew. And I felt grateful. In that moment, I felt that I had experienced the most important thing that I had ever experienced.
Coupled with that, there was a sense of the precariousness of life. And in that moment I made a resolution that, come what may, I would come to practice again in a future life.
